Daisy, You are Really in the Doghouse!

Daisy, why can't you be good like me? Haven't I set a good example for you. Be cool and you'll get more goodies. But no, you don't listen to me. So Mom was mad when you shredded the toilet paper. Then you got in trouble when you tore the pad out of Dad's heating pad. Then there was the morning Mom washed the sheets on her bed. We've gotten used to you remaking, I mean unmaking the bed. You made her mad again when you tore a hole in the mattress pad. When Mom found that stuff all over the floor, she was not happy. Besides, I have seen her struggle to get that thing on the mattress. Why can't you be like me? How many times have you been fussed at for dragging your bed around the house? Well, you are really in the Doghouse now! I heard Mom fuss at you yesterday. You were not being good all day. Then last night,Dad discovered the latest thing you did. When he went into the bedroom to change clothes, he discovered you had not only pulled your bed out into the middle of the room, you broke the zipper on the cover. Then you took bites out of the soft foam pad in the bottom of the bed. You had no place to hide. The evidence was all over the floor. Trouble is, Daisy, you outsmarted yourself. Mom had to take the pillow out of your nice warm bed and put the rest of the bed in the closet. That nice, cozy bed may not be able to save. Even if Mom can fix the zipper, you will still get it open. Maybe Mom should just sew it up so you can't get in it! Of course then Mom can't unzip it and throw it in the wash. Well I hope you like that pillow. Daisy, why can't you be more like me? After all I am a Lady!

Wow, Look at What I See!

Man, our back yard is strange looking. Mom and Dad's landlord sent somebody out to redo that torn up side of the fence. Mom is not too happy with the guy cause he is taking so long. I, on the other hand, am fascinated at what I can see in the neighbor's yard. Mom wont let me too close cause right now there is no fence at all.

I was so excited last night. I was sitting in the chair with Mom when I saw something hop on the floor. Great Brown Hunter that I am, I pounced! He hopped, I pounced again. I found an itty bitty frog! Whee. Then Mom had to spoil the chase. She caught it and tossed it back outside. She did the same thing the other day when she grabbed a little gecko from me. Sometimes she is no fun!

Oops, I'd better run. I just got busted-Mom discovered the trail of toilet paper downstairs.
